Applebee's Grill + Bar

I got 2 for $29.99 chicken and shrimp. It said on the menu comes with 2 sides . Waitress said no it doesn't. Even though it said it on the menu. Mash potatoes were very soupy and cold. We got appetizer. Wasn't happy at all. To me not worth $30.00. Also if it doesn't come with 2 sides take it off your menu because I never received any sides.

We've had a string of terrible dining experiences lately including a really bad one at Applebee's in Herkimer. We tried this one and it was a breath of fresh air. Our waiter (Steve) was really loaded up and literally running to keep up. He was fantastic. He prebussed our table, got the appetizer out prompt, the food was hot and fresh and my wife and I were both really glad we stopped in.

Truly unhappy the past 2 times we have gone. 2 Strikes. Got our spinach and artichoke dip and the chips that came where all broken little pieces. Each person in our party hard something with chicken in it and each one of us had chicken burnt beyond eatting be.

Second worst dining experience today.n1st we are told they are under staffed at 4 pm by the manager and we must wait outside. When I looked around the was no one seated.n2nd we were seated and told to order from our phones. No waitressn3rd we had to request menusn4th our waitress was under the influence off something and smelled just like it.nThe restaurant was is complete disarray inside and out.nWill not go back

The male server we had was great. Bringing us refills without even having to ask for them.
