Shoe Dept. Encore

Ciara was Super helpful and i dropped 60 dollars but didnt realize or know if i dropped it there .I started back tracking everywhere i was and started calling the second i noticed i was missing the cash . Didnt have to call but 1 store because i had a return for 60.00 and thats why i had the cash . They had it and put it in the safe till the next day . Thank you encore not only for great workers but honest ones .

This store is absolutely terrible!!!nThey lack any kind of respect for a customer. Beyond rude and their sales associates need to be retrained or better yet fired!!!nHire people who really want to work, rather than those who just want to do nothing and get paid for it.

Bought boots for my daughter here two weeks ago. Heel literally unglued from the heel and was told nothing could be done because I didn’t have the receipt. I was offered 20% off new product when all I wanted was to exchange because I possibly got a defective shoe. Never will shop here again. They do not stand by their product at all.
