Nice old building tucked away in Midtown NYC. Really get a sense of history walking thru the halls and staircases. Our industry group meets there a few times per year and the building infrastructure has been modernized so its very pleasant place to have our events that usually have about 75 attendees - roomy, and no issues with heating or cooling which is impressive for such an old building.

I went to inquire about a tenant and landlord court case and they dont take walkins but the lady at the desk was very helpful and called the hotline number for me since it was my first time their . I was happy to receive help and some legal advice about my situation.
