Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food order was not correct. Overall good but none of the sandwiches were made as requested.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the third time in recent months my husband and myself have come here and have been disappointed by the quality of food. It's declined severely over the past couple of years. They need new cooks in the kitchen. They don't know how to cook a steak, keep food warm, and send out food that shouldn't be served. I kept trying to give this location a chance because the servers are awesome but I'm not going to keep wasting money

The food is always good but the service has decreased by a lot me and my wife were about to walk out because lack of communication by the manager on duty and the host they put us where there were no servers appointed and 3 servers saw us and no one decided to ask us if we been helped or not I finally talked to a manager and all they offered was a free desert... I really don't want free stuff time is more expensive to me. The server he put to help us was rude and never stopped by only to drop off what we ordered that's it

We always feel welcomed great place to eat and have conversations

Usually I like Applebee's but I don't know if they were short staffed or didn't have their usual chef in. First we were seated at a dirty table still had chunks of food left on it. The food was bad my wife's steak was supposed to be medium and they cooked it well done and the shrimp was chewy. The chicken Alfredo I ordered had barely any Alfredo sauce in it. The broccoli tasted like microwave. I'm giving 3 stars because I have aten at other Applebee's that have been delicious
