Amazing and welcoming shop! I just came here to get my first ever board and the ladies were so nice and helpful. Bettie helped me find high quality equipment for a low price (everything was only $180). I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Surprised my daughter and took her here today so she could build a board for her 14th birthday. Betty's friendly and outgoing attitude made it an even better surprise than expected. She helped my daughter put a skateboard together that would work great for her and made sure both she and I were happy throughout the process. Both Betty and Lydia made it a fun experience and I highly recommend checking out this shop.

Just incredible!! I don’t know what I would do without Bettie or Krudco. Do not go anywhere else for roller/board help unless you want to waste your $. Excellent service, great advice, top care, and I feel elated coming home with my new items and knowledge. Great quality, highly recommend!

I brought in my skates to have new wheels put on. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and treated me like family. Will definitely be returning for all my skating needs and will recommend to anyone looking for a beginner friendly skate shop.

I’ve heard the name Krudco for at least 20 years (after all, they’ve been around since 1994), but not being a skateboarder, I thought it wasn’t for me. But now they carry roller skates! Not only that, they will build custom skates, too! Bettie Pain, skate technician, is really passionate about what she does. She’s extremely knowledgeable and will answer all your questions.nnThe shop is bright, clean, and organized, and I’ve felt welcomed since the first time I walked in. I’m usually greeted by a voice before I can even see a face. They don’t follow you and pressure you to buy things, but they will fully assist you when you need it. It’s the perfect balance!nnEven though the air hurts my face a few months out of the year, this area has some great offerings; Krudco is one of the things that help make Rochester unique!
