Great selection, even better prices. The staff is always happy to help and seem glad to be there. Appear to be pretty passionate people for pets so that is important to me!nnIf you need a local option, check them out! Got better prices on cat food here with better selection than I would on Amazon. That's impressive!
Affordable with a variety of options. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My dog loves going with me to say hi to all her friends who work there.
I love this PSP store! I am so grateful that PSP Central chose to put a location in the (big scary) CITY; that I can walk to it, and that the people who work there are so awesome. Kind, competent, and helpful (but not TOO helpful, if you know what I mean. Sometimes I find myself staring at the array of cat food for... well, way too long-! ha - and they don't keep pestering at me. That's as important as being there when I DO need them, which they also are!). It's also just so great to go into a store... and, hey, somebody else walks in with their dog. (Hi dog! :) I suppose this would be true at all pet stores but I don't have much experience. I just find it delightful. :)
The service was great! I called ahead and they put on hold the item I had been looking for all day long! Some of the items are a bit pricey but it's a nice place all around
