I don't usually review banks but Alysia was very helpful and helped us complete a variety tasks very efficiently.
There’s a lot of things to dislike with Bank of America at large, but when it comes down to this branch specifically, I couldn’t possibly complain. Melanie was helpful and cheerful, and really knew what she was talking about, which was a welcome relief after a couple days of phone tag with the 800 service. And also, did you know they can replace a debit card same day with a temporary version? I didn’t, and had been putting it off cause well, who wants to go without their bank card! Bank of America as a whole might not be the best bank out there, though really almost all banks are so unnecessarily complicated (to be polite about it) that it all kinda runs together. But if you do bank with them, and you need something taken care of, this is absolutely where I’d recommend to go! As a note, parking can be a little scarce because of the part of town, so it’s best to come outside of peak hours, maybe with an appointment, so that you won’t have to stay any longer than a few quarters in the parking meter, if there’s no space left in their parking lot.
Bad customer service ....
Why do I have to contact my bank through an automated 800 number. I had to wait on the phone for 20 minutes and a representative still wouldn't connect me. I would like to be able to call my bank directly where MY money is held.
Great Bank! Yes the parking isn't the greatest but its Park Ave.! I really like the friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff.
