The Honest “iAmVictoriaE” Review (01/23/2020)

New management / employees are terrible. Very cold, no greeting, and the tellers are so preoccupied with their cell phones that they don’t even see you standing there. The most disturbing part is that the manager saw this and said nothing as if it was normal. Not to mention the tellers attire which was see through leggings and a shirt showing her stomach. Yuck. Where is her self esteem/respect. I’ve never experienced a Chase branch run like this. Just horrible

I will start off on a positive note- Pat (Patricia) was very helpful when I went to her with an issue. She told me what she could and couldn't do after two checks were deposited at an ATM and not posted to my account.nnI did file a claim before I stopped by during business hours. The customer service was fine.nnI will usually deposit checks using the mobile app, but since the checks were over the 5k limit, I had to go in person. I have had good experiences in the past depositing checks at an ATM, so I did not think twice. In the future I will not attempt to deposit large checks this way, as now I will probably end up waiting over a week to have access to the funds.nnI am not happy with the ATM in the lobby. They are not state of the art. Please upgrade ASAP.

Banker was unable to order me a card and kept telling me I did something to my account. She definitely did not know what she was doing so I had to go to another branch.

Very helpful. Came to this Chase after having a bad experience at the Monroe branch. Explained what I needed and was given the correct document that I asked for, and they notarized all of my paperwork right then. Took all of 10 minutes. Should have trusted my first mind to come to this Chase first.
