Very nice place. Friendly people. Owners are on site. I walk in and the owners asks 2ee 10.5? without looking in a computer or book. I say yes. He gets them out and I leave happy.

Such good customer service here. They clean your shoes for free and give other things for free, such as inserts, if you buy from them. They help you as much as they can so you can find what you're looking for. I highly recommend this place. Very knowledgeable and friendly people.

My daughter broke the pull on her favorite boot and I called Avon and asked if they could possibly replace the pull. They said to bring it down and they would take a look at it. I took it in and the cobbler said that he could make a pull to fix the boot. I came back a few hours later and he had made an exact replica and only charged me $10.00....what amazing service and professionalism and I was thrilled. A wonderful place with caring and considerate people. Watertown is lucky to have this amazing store.
