Food came out fast, hot and fresh! Minimum wait times and tasty food. Great job!

Shame on you. Today is mine and my husband's anniversary and all I wanted to get was wings for dinner. we got in the wait list that said 5 Minutes at 5:30. It is now 7:00 and we are now leaving to go to another establishment. We saw a couple go in before us, have time to eat and even LEAVE before we even decided to leave. That is absolutely ridiculous. This changes me wanting to even visit this BWW ever. Not to mention the wait time was the same all day, it never changed. If you want to go here, don't even consider it unless you have time to wait for a table VERY LONG.

I remember when you practically had sauce dripping off the wings and the wings were nice a plump, they're going down hill fast

The waitress name was Angie. She was very patient with my 9 yr old daughter. Couldn't Sk for a better waitress.
