Nice pub in the Adirondacks. Want a cold beer and burger after a day of hiking this should be your spot. Outdoor seating with nice views.

This is excellent food in the Adirondacks. I've been up here for five days now, and this is the first restaurant that I will return to. Great soups, good mac and cheese, they cooked the burger the way I like it (and thick patty) and my friend enjoyed his fish and chips.

The food menu looked great, so it's unfortunate we never got to try any despite spending about 1.5hrs there.nnWe came in around 2pm, got our order in and a beer. After getting a table outside, the drinks were quick.nnWe patiently waited for our food for about an hour. After noticing that folks after us already got theirs, I inquired about the status of our order. The waitress said she'd check on it, went in errands, so I had to follow up again: apparently it's coming soon. I pointed out that folks who came after us seemed to have already gotten their food awhile ago, but was told that was just appetizers. We didn't get our appetizers and I don't think they bring them out early, but I'm sure they know better.nnWe gave it a few more mins, but the food nor reasons were nowhere in sight. The only silver lining was that they comped the beer when I asked how much we owe them before leaving.nnVery unfortunate as we were looking forward to experience here. Frankly, even the wait would have been okay (I'm sure they just mishandled order, which is fine, things happen) had they been upfront about it and showed that they care.

Great place with amazing view out the back. Heated outdoor space. Very hospitable and open to good dogs sitting on the deck.nFood was great and all served in takeaway containers.nRecommended.nGo here...dont try fourty six...this place is nicer people.
