I have been banking with Five Star Bank for years now.. All the ladies that work there are always so pleasant & are always willing to answer my questions. I would recommend people to bank at Five Star Bank.

Five star bank is the worst they just charged me for 2 overage fees when money is set to transfer on Thursday’s. But it Transfered on Tuesday when the funds weren’t available. They told me it wasn’t they’re fault even tho it’s a bank issue. I highly recommend choosing a different bank? Where should I do my banking now?

Revision: So I had a fraud issue, i was taken for $385. I sent an email to them as soon as I figured it out. In the email I stated that I need it resolved asap and that I'd be at work Monday and it would be hard for me to deal with it. That's why I left a detailed email. The Corp office CANT HELP, they make you jump through hoops to resolve an issue. Go to a main stream bank if you want real service.nHave been with them for 5 years and have never had an issue. Their banking website is easy to use and they even have an app you can do a lot on. Staff is always helpful. Great place to do your banking.
