The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, thats the only good thing about the visit.nThe chicken tasted like it was it was a frozen dinner meal complete with instant mashed potatoes.nThe waitress recommended the Philly cheese steak egg rolls and they were goodnBut honestly for 3 people $80.00 the food should have been much better.nTGIF you should give your entire staff a raise Because they are the only reason anyone would eat there.

Just had the worst service in a long time. Don't remember the server, because she didn't even introduce herself. First took her 10 minutes to get to us to get our drinks. Then I found something in my ginger ale. After another 10 minutes I got to ask for a new ginger ale. Then got to order. Food was great but good thing because we didn't get checked on until, my food was gone. When I ordered dessert that same second tried to walk away but I still needed a togo order. I would totally understand if it was busy but it wasn't at all. Also the bathroom was disgusting, looked like it was cleaned in a week, with a dirty mask on the food and smelling like urine. If that's how there bathroom looks like, how does the kitchen look like?nn2/28 2:30ish

Asked for medium rare steak received well done. Got my 1 year old daughter chicken fingers and they weren’t beyond burnt she couldn’t even eat them. Waitress came over to get our order and never returned. Horrible horrible service do not recommend what so ever. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I'm here at the Sam's Club plaza TGI Friday's and have been here for an hour. We've had one refreshment, and our appetizers and are still waiting on our meals. We've had to call the waitress over 4 or 5 times now and everytime she comes over she tells us she will give us more time. Horrible service, constantly reminding us that things will be an extra charge as if we don't have money. Wont be returning. At least at Chili's we were treated as if we could afford to even eat in there.

Always good food. Relaxed environment. The waitresses are not very attentive.
