Wonderful place to find so many awesome items.It’s a clean, spacious atmosphere fit for anyone. The lines inside move rather quickly. Ordering online is very intuitive for about any product. I will keep visiting this place because the staff give excellent customer service. Never have had a bad experience coming here. Great views Outside of the distant mountains. Lots of other businesses in the area to visit. Lots of young families seem to come here. The staff at the counter are always so pleasant.
I love the product that Nike has to offer. I wish I can say the same about the employee. I don't know if it's just this location but my experience with them is a constant let down. The employees talk more amongst themselves than the customers. I went in the same store twice this week and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. Good luck to the rest of you.
Smooth process with managing number of people in the store with Covid. Clean store. Friendly employees.
My son had a gift card with $200 on it. When the employee tried to apply it to the purchase he did something wrong so he switched registers and tried again. Whatever he did remove the purchase amount from the card leaving only about $3. He refused to check into it, had my son pay for the purchase and kept the gift card. When I went back to try to get it fixed the employees refused to help me. I asked for the gift card back and they gave me a different one and told me to call customer service. I did that and they were supposed to open an investigation but I never heard anything. I would give this rating a 0 if I could. I won’t shop there again.
Good store with OK deals. People are nice and store is always neat/tidy
