The hand off was great, then... the food was not the best and half of our order was missing. But!, when we called the lounge, the waitress was very helpful and decided to send us a new meal without charge. She was very respectful and called back multiple times to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service!
Ordered dinner tonight. Lady on the phone was pleasant and very attentive. Food was delivered faster than expected. The food was good specially the seafood salad and the picadera frita. Portions were so big that we have left overs The delivery driver was very attentive as well. We will be ordering again. I highly recommend this place
Don't order from here. Horrible customer service. They mess up our order and only gave us half. Then they tell me to to pick it up when it was their mistake and I live 15 mins away. After talking to the manager he says they will get it taken care of give him a few. The other half of our food arrives over an hour later and they wouldn't give a discount or gift card for the inconvenience. Mind you it was not a small order as we spent almost 100$ there and they forget the tqo main dishes. Tell all your friends to not bother with this joke of a place.
I admire this spot! They prepare decent meals, their menu is decent, The chef in that spot is very experienced, I enjoy very much trying all their food. The food is always of high class, the service towards the guests is nice. I visit often this place and I was never discontended. I highly recommend it.
I simply like their dishes. I always get great service there. The place is neat and the staff members are always very welcoming. Would recommend to others.
