I have been looking for the fresh pet brand which, for some reason has become impossible to find and found several replacements in your store. The store in North Andover has never carried it as far as I remember, so I was very pleased to find a reliable new source for the type of food our dog has been used to. Many thanks !

Customer service. I was there on Black Friday to buy fish and the young woman who helped me was great, even though the store was very busy. Later that night I was there again with a friend of mine. A different young lady, just as knowledgeable as the first, helped my friend tremendously. The aquatic department is the best around! You gained 2 new customers that day without a doubt!

The store was closing and we really needed some items to help my cat, who is newly suffering from kidney disease. The employee, Cassie, took us around the store to find everything. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding subcutaneous fluid treatment we have to give him. She put our minds at ease, and was very compassionate to our needs. Cassie needs a raise or a promotion.

I thought that the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I observed one of your employees assisting a very demanding individual who kept changing her mind. Your employee never lost her patience or showed frustration. She handled that customer like a pro. I wish that I had got her name. Better than other locations. I normally go there because of her vet, which is inside. It makes it very convenient.
