So disgusted with Cole Haan's service (great shoes/terrible service). Bought 2 pair of boots - one was sold out (after I paid?) Cole Haan took my money for both boots. I never received an email. Followed up on the order and only THEN found out that one of my boots was not available. They STILL have not reimbursed my money for a product they don't have! Though they took the money - they never contacted me via email to let me know the boots were sold out! Though I spoke to two customer service reps, no one offered me a different option for the boot that was sold out, no one had the authority to reimburse me for the boot that I paid for that they did not have, and they still have not shipped the other boots! Two customer service reps told me I would be getting my money back in 3-5 business days; it's been 8. Hey Cole Haan - how about you get your system together to show what's available and whats not and also how about you DON'T hold onto MY MONEY for over a week! (Especially during holidays. Shame on you!)

Not the greatest place but it's ok. The work is hard but once you understand how the place is you can get by with doing very little. It's a great place to work if you are a functional addict. Once you get to know guys like Steve and Pat you can smoke weed in the parking lot with them. They only drug test you when you apply. After that you can use regularly. If you're a female they provide the works pretty much for free.
