My boyfriend and I hadn't been to Olive Garden since the pandemic but we decided to visit tonight and were absolutely blown away by the service. It was obvious they were busy tonight but our waiter, Shane, was phenomenal. He was pleasant and fun to talk with, and any time he passed our table, even if his hands were full, he stopped to make sure we had everything we needed (we saw him do the same with other tables in his section). The food was as delicious as we've come to expect from Olive Garden but especially during these times we want to recognize excellent service. We are so happy we chose Olive Garden tonight and can't wait to come back.
Service was excellent, amazing. Salad was also perfect. Thank you. I ordered the chicken marsala a newer menu item. I would like mushrooms on top my chicken and more of the signature Marsala flavor.
What a great birthday dinner with the man I love!!! Everything was perfect. The food was delicious. The service was topnotch. The tiramisu was a fantastic birthday treat!!!
I went tonight with my family and a couple friends we had a pretty big party there was 7 of us and the waiter never told us his name and he was very rude. He was snappy with my daughter who was just saying what she needed to the girls that was helping him. He said very rudely to her well I'm your waiter not her. My daugher is 11 there was no need to be rude to her. Then he was just rude about everything because we wanted salt n pepper he was snippy with it and was talking under his breather but could hear him. The food was very bland, my meal had no flavor, it was just not good service or quality tonight. I've seen them do better
Shane is a fantastic waiter here! We have had him before and he is constantly in super high spirits! He makes our dining experience that much better whenever we have him as our server. We hope to be back soon to see him!
