BUYER BEWARE..I purchased a gift for my wife and tried to exchange the sneakers for a different color in the same model. While trying to exchange them I was met with rude customer service and was told I would have to pay another $30 for the exchange to occur. Then I was told if I lost my receipt it would have been better for me. With covid and everything going on I would assume customer service still exists but apparently not at the Keene nh location.

Knowledge staff. Masks are enforced and encouraged due to the tight aisles. Very happy I went here and not Kohl's next door. And they have Vans Deluxe Comfort sneakers ud83eudd70

Quiet, relaxed feel. High quality products, often at lower prices than other places. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great place to find great products from most any brands you'd want.

Staff was helpful. The store didn't have a particular size and said I could have it ordered and sent to me. I had it in 2 days. Great
