I great local shop. The shop has a good selection at good prices.

I screwed up and bought a pair of winter boots that didn't fit me very well, staff was nice and made an exception to their return policy so I could exchange them for a different pair. Very easy people to deal with, will definitely be back the next time the need arises.

Great place to buy shoes. Dale at the Keene NH store is awesome to deal with and is very knowledgeable. I could buy my keens other places but it's always a great experience at Bootleggers.

Not a huge selection of shoes but they do have shoes you wouldnt normally find at other stores. Plus very friendly helpful staff

Went there for some sandals, a very sweet redhead was very understanding, warm, and welcoming! She listened to my needs and I left with 4 pairs! Shes the reason I'll keep coming back! Awesome experience! Great customer service! Love a family owned business!
