So many of female nurses are so mean and inconsiderate, I've cried so many times because of the way they have treated me. It shouldn't matter if the person has come in once or a thousand times, a nurse should be compassionate and understanding not dismissive and belittling. I had a nurse say it's getting exhausting seeing me which is totally unprofessional! If the next nearest hospital wasn't 37 minutes away I wouldn't come here

My primary care, doesn’t care. I asked to change to another primary care. They said I couldn’t because there was a shortage of doctors. Which doesn’t make sense because I am only using one. I had an MRI 8-4. I got the results myself 8-6. It is now 8-14 and I still have not heard from my primary care. This is why people die. I know enough to follow up on my health, not everyone does.

My fiancée has been going to the ER here for the past 6 weeks for her migraines that render her to the point of collapsing. This morning after puking at 2am she got spins and light headedness she couldn’t stand let alone walk, again same thing at 5:30 I knew we needed medical attention. My fiancée and I called the ER at 6am to let them know of our arrival and to let them know we weren’t not seeking medical attention for Covid-19. When we arrived they told me to wait outside while they looked at her, I was frustrated as to why they let me in the building just a few weeks prior with no issue but I understood the situation and was more then okay with waiting outside for the results for whatever is happening. My fiancée sat on the bed and was answering all the nurses questions about Covid and her related unknown situation, a rude/Sarcastic nurse (who’s name will be identified) told my fiancée that she was going to preform a IV on the inside of her right arm. she is terrified of needles, she refused medication through an IV, the nurse said “you want medicines right? When my fiancée replied “yes” the nurse aggressively said “we’ll we are doing the IV anyways” and Poked her and drew blood (I have pictures) because and it says on her file “right arm by the wrist for IV, Veins are too small” she gets poked multiple times everytime we go in, they are aware of it and documented that but neglected to check her file before continuing. She notified them of her veins and said “ I don’t like to be poked there I like it by my arm, it’s in my file” the nurse ignored her deny consent and continued to damage her body, my fiancée feeling unsafe of the Nurses around her with their Cocky comments she threw off her gown, packed her clothes in her purse, put her sweater on and walked out the ER to me outside, bailing her eyes out in pain and fear of what had happened. Time now is 6:55am and we are waiting for urgent care to open here at 8am.... I am Warning everybody to no go there, extremely unprofessional and unsafe, I will find out what happened, if I don’t my attorney will

The ER department refused to help me because of my insurance. Single mom on state insurance.
