Worst Verizon store customer service experience I have ever had. The guy named Craig continued to interrupt me and undermined what I’m informing him that the their customer service on the phone asked me to go to Verizon to replace the SIM card of my new phone which I picked up at their store and activate my new phone. This guy sent me home when it’s raining to go get my old iPhone. Then I came back to the store and he doesn’t need my old phone to activate my new phone. Clearly, he’s just arrogant, mean and disrespectful. Without the Verizon customer service on the other line; he would not be able to activate my phone on his own in the Verizon store. Worst person ever working with customers. Rude and inconsiderate.
I've been to several Verizon locations and the people here give by far the best service!!!

i have been going to try and get my phone fixed for about 2 months now and everytime i go in to get help i get sent home to do it online. if these masks work so well and we can talk face to face you should be able to help me get my phone fixed
