This location not only has a wide selection of product, but also has some of the kindest employees I've met in all of retail. Rose was exceptionally helpful from the moment I walked in. Helping me with a simple exchange, she provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. She went out of her way to ask customers how they're doing and genuinely cared to help!nnWe all know how retail can be, and many of us know what it's like to work in retail. Rose didn't put on her customer service face to help me; she's simply a wonderful person who also happens to be incredible at her job. Someone give this woman a medal!
I have purchased several pairs of shoes here in the last two years. The store is always tidy and the long checkout line moves quickly. I went today to purchase some new work shoes and I saw (who I assume) is the manager. She was obviously under a lot of stress and seriously understaffed but she was handling it well, talking on her walkie, cleaning up shoes, and helping customers left and right. She even helped me! I threw one long contemplative gaze to the sky and within moments she was asking how she could help. Manager Lady answered my question and gave me 3 stores with my size in stock without skipping a beat and then ran off. At checkout I saw some lady giving her a difficult time and she handled it with grace. I just wanna say... Manager... I see you, I feel you, and I hope you have a better day tomorrow. Working through this pandemic is not easy and I applaud you for running your store well under these extraordinary circumstances.

Found the perfect pair of hiking boots for my daughter. Lots of staff offering help, and checkout was quick.
Shopping here was absolutely awful. I was in the store for over an hour and not once did an employee come to ask if I needed anything. Which was whatever that's not why I'm giving it only one star. Their clearance section was misleading. They have a whole clearance section in the back of the store with everything labeled as clearance. I picked out 90$ boots with a purple sticker thinking I would get 20% off. I get to the counter and the guy checking me out wouldn't let me get two words in. He badgered me about signing up for the reward program and when I refused he pressed the issue and didn't let me complete my transaction until I gave him my information. I also inquired about the boots not getting any money off and he said it was only green and yellow stickers that were on sale and then asked if I still wanted them and I said I guess and paid for everything at full price. Will never shop here again.
