They emailed me back inviting me to call and explained that my question had multiple answers. When I called, Luke answered. After I referenced my email, he gave me one possible solution, but invited me in so that he could see the boots himself. Once I got there, someone else (I can't remember his name) helped me and let me know all the ways they could achieve what I was looking for. He was really helpful and let me know what his recommendation was, and we started there.nnPickup:nI got a text to let me know my boots were ready for pickup (early, at that) and when I stopped in, a THIRD friendly, helpful employee took my info and gave my boots back. He explained (again) their stretching process to me and let me know what to do in the event that I wasn't completely satisfied. I thanked him and took a look at some shoes I'm going to go back for. Luke saw me and remembered my boots. He checked in, made sure I was well taken care of and answered my questions on the shoes I'm buying later.nnResults:nBefore, I couldn't walk more than a few feet before I got the burn of a new blister starting on my heels. I've been wearing them since I got home and they're great! A little bit of discomfort, but I can tell that it'll go away. It's going to be a MUCH better break in process now. I was told that I can bring them back for a 2nd stretching if needed, but I don't think it'll be necessary.nnSummary:nAmazing service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Now my go-to place for anything footwear related.
