Great service. I love this location. They had buy 1 get one 50% off wings and our group of 6 was stuffed with 4 orders of 15. The waitress also suggested caramel with our cheese curds and it was the most delicious thing ever.
Male host walked away from us on the way to the table, literally threw our menus on a table and kept walking. We had Casey as our waitress. Waited almost an hour for our food. My food was cold - boyfriend's food was hot. My water was never refilled but my boyfriend's was. Casey came to our table to ask my boyfriend if he would like a box, I needed one as well, but as soon as he replied, she left before I could say I needed one. Never once acknowledged me other than to take my order. Had to ask for a box after my boyfriend got his. No bag for our 3 boxes either.
The wings were very good & selection of sauces was huge.n1/2 price for traditional wings on Tuesday, makes it an inexpensive night out.
Very excellent and professional service. Food was very good and served promptly. BUT Bdubs has the absolute WORST french fries in the casual dining industry. They are always soggy, tough and Luke warm with very little taste to them. I love the tator tots and the wedges but the fries are awful.
The experience that I had yesterday was the worst food pickup experience I have had since the pandemic began. I ordered well ahead of time for a 4.50 pickup. I arrived on time and there was no line. I told them my name and they told me to wait. I waited for over 30 minutes, in the meantime I was asked again what my order was, almost like they missed it or didn't have it in the system although I clearly had the receipt and showed them the email. When I did finally get my order the line had grown to well over 40 people and the workers trying to get the food out seemed to have no idea how to handle it. My order also did not come with the sauce and veggies like I had requested and I did not even get a simple apology for the wait time. I will happily go well out of my way to avoid this location the next time I want wings. This dumpster fire of mismanagement is best to be skipped. If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible experience. Hated every second of it.
