Throughout these trying times of the pandemic, the staff at US Bank has been unfailing in providing help. I believe that this is the best bank anywhere in Minneapolis, and the reason is that the staff cares about its customers. We have gone from a situation where we could just walk into the bank and ask the staff anything, to a situation where appointments are needed to enter the bank--and isn't that a good thing if it keeps us (and others) safe? I am deeply grateful for the bank and for the people who staff it.. Thank you all. Will look forward to seeing you in person when we can do it safely.
Teller that I worked with (manager maybe?) was wearing his mask on his chin and frequently touching his face and nose.
Nice people. Never had any issues just wish there were more parking spots.
On the 2nd floor of the IDS bldg I was able to do business with a real live bank teller.
This branch is the SLOWEST branch I’ve ever been to. They’re helpful at the counter but drive thru is always a disaster.... I don’t understand how it can never be busy, and it still takes no less than 15 minutes to make a simple withdrawal.
