Beware! A first time $15 overdraft fee turned into $83 dollars of bank charges in 10 days. I had ask if some of the fees could be saved. I was told by the bank manager that if it wasn't a bank error she could not do anything about it. And this was not a bank error. So I closed my account. Could not recommend anyone to this bank with such high fees and no forgiveness. Consumers beware!
This BMO went above and beyond to help us right at closing time! We had a unique situation and they brainstormed until we had a solution that worked. They were friendly and helpful they entire time! Highly recommend this store.
Worst bank ever. Someone cloned my card, I called it in and tye lady over the phone was rude, bmo closed my account and kept letting whoever send money for over 2 months, while the account was closed. Horrible bank, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
I have my auto loan through here and they are terrible! Sometimes they hold my check a week or two before cashing it. I also had my account number stolen by on of their employees they went on a shopping spree with my money! thank goodness my bank TCF noticed this and contacted me and also helped me with investigation and police report. I sure can't wait to be done with this bank!!
