I withdrew $300 from the ATM on 12/24 and didn’t receive my money because the machine was iced over and malfunctioned. I went through a teller line and disclosed the issue and they gave me $300. I saw I was charged twice and filed a claim right away, which I was told would take 10 days to resolve. 10 days have passed and no activity has been done on this and the charge has not been corrected. Further, it is nearly impossible to get through to an actual person to discuss this and receive resolution. I would not recommend using the ATM at this location and am after being a customer for over 20 years am looking to change banking partners to a bank like Sunrise Bank that can provide better customer service.

I've worked with bankers at this branch for many years, they had some really great people for a time. However, in the last 3-4 years all of my contacts have left or transferred to other branches. It seems there is literally no one left working here for any type of banker support. I called and had a poor experience on the phone and the soonest they could take an appointment in the branch is 12 days from now -- that's insane right? I used to be able to get appointment same day or next day. Quite sad to see the decline. Not looking to be a complainer, just want someone at Wells to realize the issue and bring back people to support customers.

Whoever runs this branch needs a performance review ASAP. This is not a business friendly branch. I can visually see 4 tellers hanging out, joking, drinking coffee, enjoying their morning, while there are seven frustrated people in line waiting to be helped with only ONE teller working. Several I can tell are commercial customers. This is ridiculous. It’s a busy weekday morning and you’ve got staff completely oblivious that they are needed. Where’s the manager?? Terrible service.
