Set up a savings account for my kids 12 years ago, we haven't used it in a decade. As soon as my daughter turned 18 they started charging a monthly fee, and allowed it to go negative. Tried closing the account online, not an option. Tried closing account by phone, not an option. They are requiring me to bring my children to them physically to a branch to close the account during a pandemic. I will never do any kind of business with them again.

I don’t know what has happened with US Bank in Roseville. They cannot seem to invest in more than two tellers working at a time. For a Bank of their size and income need to do better job staffing.

Waited over 20 minutes to meet with a personal banker. Another customer was waiting 15 minutes before we sat down. Everyone just walked out.nWas contacted by US Bank and went to the Grand location. Thank you for your prompt response and we got great service at Grand loclocation by Taylor.
