If it were possible to give zero stars I would. I've been a customer of Wellsfargo for over 17 years, and have stuck with them this long for their customer service. Marwa (Banker) at this location ruined that in about 5 minutes of meeting with her. Her complete lack of customer service and inability to do her job (or knowledge of how to do it) resulted in me having to find another Wellsfargo location Down the street) to do a simple banking task. This banks continual lack of customer service has prompted me to move my funds to other banks. I've already moved my mortgage and my savings, and will move all of my funds out soon. For those interested in a good bank that pays good interest rates might I suggest CIT Bank. I've had much better experience with them than I have with this Bank, specifically this location. Avoid this location at all cost.

Went in with 4 deposits. Sat in the empty drive-through for 35 minutes and the teller had only processed 2 deposits before I told her to give me the deposits back as I had to go. These are simple checks and cash. Beyond ridiculous. I'm honestly flabbergasted as to how the person helping me was hired and continues to keep her job.

Amanda, the branch manager, was awesome about answering my question promptly and thoroughly. It was a nice change from my previous Wells Fargo experiences, and will likely make this my “home” bank from now on.

I am sorry to say that Zero customer service! Sorry, I am closing my accounts with Wells Fargo after yesterday’s interaction with a banker from this location.

I bank at this location often for past 5+ years both personnally and with our business banking. Tellers are quite friendly and proficient. Don't let some poor reviews fool you... clearly people who would have issues anywhere they would bank. The bank managers are great and only surpassed by the fantastic attitudes of the tellers. Special shout outs to managers Lori & Amanda and to tellers Shannon, Melanie, and Shannon!
