This was the only open lobby in my area and I was not disappointed. The staff there is very nice and helpful. Great location!

I waited in line 5 cars deep to discover the cash deposit on the ATM did not work. Would have preferred a quick in and out lobby ATM for that kind of experience. Not sure what takes some people so long but that was like a 20 minute wait for nothing. Had to find another location to use.

The worst drive thru ever. Always a long wait. Took 25 min to deposit 2 checks. They must average 10 min per transaction. . Faster to drive to col hts location and deposit there. Closed palmer dr location. Should have closed Apache instead

Clearly they did not plan for COVID or their staff is incompetent. They have 2 lanes and only pass through one car every 20 min. Plan for 2 hours min to deposit money.

Excellent service by Jacky for a personal loan and home equity loan. She was friendly and knowledgeable about loans, rates and monthly payment.
