I have only had positive experiences at this branch! I worked with Chris once and Melissa twice and they both were super professional, helpful and pleasant.
Over all good bank, but absolutely terrible service. Except for one really sweet lady.
Anthony was amazingly helpful, went above and beyond. Melissa was a great help and I am very happy she transferred to our location. I had a lot of online banking issues she helped me with. I recommend this location to anyone.
Though they are constantly understaffed, they work hard to meet customers' expectations demonstrating respect, professionalism, and acknowledging warmly. I always get quick services notarizing my documents, changing personal information and financial transactions. Chris the branch manager is awesome. Very customer friendly branch.
This may be the worst bank I have dealt with. Had fraud on my account and filed a claim online which I was instructed to do. After 2 weeks with no update or information I went in again and the banker said I waited to long to file it and they didn’t see anything filed.nnTold me I could not downgrade my account out of a package I had when I had a mortgage without closing the account and opening a new one so proceeded to charge fees monthly when there was no reason for them.nnAlso takes upwards of sometimes a month to get a response on issues after I send 6 emails to a banker over a month period with no answer. Also the issues I had no one looks into they just throw a 1-800 number at you and pawn you off on someone who has no clue.nnAvoid this place if you want to keep your money safe.
