If I could give this place no stars, I would. First, be prepared to shell out a grand or so {they quoted me 1200).nnNext, know that you can get relief from actual podiatrists for less.nnIt may be worth going in just to see the clever sales techniques they use to get that grand out of your pocket and into theirs. It is a great lesson in what to watch out for when buying anything. It's a long pitch and you won't get an answer on price until you're quite a way in.nnA fun thing to participate in, though disturbing, is the parlor trick where they have you hold your hands behind you and they push down and backwards on your hands before you put in the inserts then and straight down after you have the inserts in. (You lose balance the first time.).nnHaving been in sales for years, I spotted the questionable sales techniques right away and kinda wanted to see how far they went.nnUltimately I walked out and then over to a shoe store that pays an actual podiatrist to come in on Tuesdays. I walked out of the shoe store for 1125 bucks less than Good Feet and have had relief from plantar fascitis and knee pain for going on four years now.nnDo yourself a favor and see a real doctor first. This will be the one time health care will cost you less.

Horrible customer service. I’d give a half star if I could. Went in there to get a pair of shoes with my grandfather and the young lady helping us was not super friendly. We ended up ordering a pair of shoes from them that they did not carry in stores. They don’t tell you that they don’t do refunds I had to ask myself (thinking in case they didn’t work when they got here) and then he paid and they told us it would be about 10 days and they would contact us when they were ready for pick up. 3 weeks went by and we still heard nothing, so he stopped in to see if they were there and the ladies sat and talked about whose responsibility it was like none of them were willing to deal with the issue. He then found out that they no longer sell those shoes and needed a refund from the store, but yet it was 3 weeks and no one said had even tried to contact him. Moral of the story they will most definitely be losing our business and I would not recommend this place to any friends or family.
My new arch supports have eliminated the numbness that runs up my right leg into my sore hip and lower back area that has been bothering me for years.nThese arch supports are worth the price instead of spending those same dollars on chiropractic visits which get me nowhere.
