I can't explain how helpful and awesome this place is! I don't smoke cigars, but I come here to buy them for gifts. Every single time I come in they are super helpful and super nice! I will never go anywhere else. This place is absolutely great!

First time here. Staff was informative for a novice smoker. Nice ambiance. Kind of like a gentleman's club.
For several years, I have shopped at this store a couple times of year to purchase from their sizeable selection of mid-level and premium cigars. I have always found customer service to be relatively pleasant and helpful. However I must now find a new tobacco store after a 21-year old black family member and friend had a poor experience on January 16, 2021 while looking to purchase several cigars for a special family occasion. After hearing their story, I believe store management used racial profiling to make them feel unwelcome and had asked them to leave without just cause. I might have expected this type of employee behavior in 1960s Alabama, not 2021 Minnesota. A subsequent call by a family member to the store to better understand the situation did not adequately resolve the situation or provide adequate justification for the behavior and actions taken by store employee. Therefore, I cannot support this local business moving forward. Discouraging and unfortunate.
