Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was good and service came out quick. But my only complaint was that we felt discriminated and disrespected tonight. We didn’t receive the same service as the other group that came after us. They were taken care of first and our waiter Laura K came to check up on them multiple times but not us. She asked once if we needed water but we never got any. I had to eat my ice. We also didn’t get a thank you after getting our receipt. I only rated 1 star because the food was good. This is one of the worst experience at the Maple Grove Applebee’s location. I would not recommend this location to family and friends.

Super good food. And such amazing and friendly staff when I arrived I was greeted by super friendly staff members taken to my table right away and have my drink order taken. As soon as I knew what I wanted they were more than eager to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and cooked the way I wanted I would highly highly recommend this restaurant whoever manages it does a great job!!!!!

Our server must’ve had a bad day or she must hate minorities to treat us differently than her Caucasian customers. I don’t normally let these things bother me, but I’ve lost sleep over it and feel extremely discriminated against. I watched as our server Laura R, frequently checked in on all her other customers, asking if they needed more drinks, how their food tasted , if they needed anything else & walked right past us like we didnt even exists. The first few times it happened I kept saying maybe she’s going to come back and will ask the next time, but no. Through the entire time of our visit thats exactly how she treated us. We ran out of water to the point I was chewing on ice cubes just to quench my thirst, finally we had to wave her down and ask for some. She NEVER came back with any, but she sure did come super fast with the tab.nI contemplated on not leaving her even a Penny but I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and said she might have just been having a bad day so processed to leave an appropriate tip. I took the time to write this review so that hopefully it brings awareness to management so they will know how their servers are doing so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. The food and restaurant overall was as expected, we always enjoy going to Applebee’s. It was just very disheartening to experience this type of treatment. Which is why I gave this location a 1 star.

The food and service was good. In my opinion, the best Applebee's I've been to. I was a little uncomfortable with the nearness of other people but they were not facing us.

The bartender was absolutely phenomenal ud83dude0d... She was efficient and funny. The manager on the night I was there was authentic as well. I was also surprised to really enjoy the Parmigiano chicken wings.
