Quite a Bad Service when doing a notary. The Notary Lady asked me to come with a scheduled appointment, I scheduled one and when I arrived with 2 other witnesses, she gave a reason not to sign the Notary even being a BOA Customer for 10+ years. I eventually had to pay UPS to do the Notary. If I had known the reason before arriving for the appointment during initial conversation, I could have planned earlier.
I went there to cash a check that was from bank of america and the told me to bring two forms of id. So i drove 45min there and all they had to say is we are not cashing that check . They where very rude and didnt want to explain why they wouldnt cash it , never going to this bsnk again very rude workers.
Was told to just stop by to fix a problem, was told I was wrong and needed an appointment and should be glad they took the time to talk to me. Left paperwork for them to follow up. Marisa called and left VM for me to call.nShe didn't return phone calls and when finally talked to her, she informed me to call the phone service people (where I started) to fix problem.
Amazing service!!! I am so impressed!!! Cheryl was so helpful, kind, courteous and very efficient. Highly recommend you check this small bank out. Nice to do business with!
Very clean inside and I love the way they decorated the place. Two ATMs inside and a drive they on the outside.
