Chuck & Don’s has super helpful staff, a big selection, and a great return policy. We tried a food our dog didn’t like and they took it back and gave us a full refund, even though we’d already opened the bag and he’d been served a few servings. We usually go to either the Chanhassen or Minnetonka store, and the staff at both have always been friendly, informative, and helpful.
This is a go to for treating your pet! Mainly cats and dogs but a few small pet things. We love their loyalty program too.
By far my favorite location! Always friendly and helpful which I cannot express how much I appreciate. My cat needed his diet changed recently and they were so knowledgeable. Thanks Rachel!
Love this store. Our golden retriever is dying of cancer and the staff was very compassionate to Kela’s needs during this difficult time. They showed me all the treats they have and helped me pick out some special ones they thought she would enjoy. And so far, she’s loved them all. Thank you Chuck & Dons!!
The staff really knows the products they carry and is helpful with finding what will work best for your furry friend! They have a great selection of healthy food and treats for cats and dogs!
