Great service and good social distancing procedures. I got the naked tenders with honey barbecue sauce, my sister got the potato wedges. Both were great! Food came out hot and fast. Tasty! Will be back!
Spent over an hour here and not once did our server or any staff member for that matter clear anything from our table or any tables in his section, 2 of us with probably 4 empty cups and empty appetizer trays, they brought our food never cleared, brought a refill never took the old cups?? The restaurant was not busy as you guys were out of traditional wings so 2 servers had an empty section no excuse for them to not help another server and 0 excuses for a manager to miss that. There was more than just that but that’s restaurant 101
Food was great only complaint ill make is the waiter was rude and seemed to be in a rush to get us out. Asked him for a beer and never got it. Order a side or wedges and got a large side mainly because I wasn't asked what size. Also didn't appreciate the attitude I got from my debit card not working. Just threw it on the table instead of handing it to me.
It's BWW, so you know the food is great. I love their potato wedges. Tall plexiglass between booths so you feel safe. Staff was great! Always looking forward to going back.
The customer service, kindness, and atmosphere are top notch. More importantly, the staff go above and beyond to make me happy. I have been to BWW’s all over the USA and this one is one of my favorites for sure!
