Food was good but our waitress was flustered with something and it showed in service
Nice place to go in the regular dining room or the more casual enclosed patio Style Dining. Have been there for a number of dinners and lunches and never found an item that missed the mark. Very pleasant staff and management make you feel welcome. As I am not a sushi Sam, I cannot comment on what I have had, but from what I've seen and heard from other patrons it has always been very good and fresh. We visit this restaurant at least two to three times a month.
Kona Grill was a fantastic find for my family. We absolutely love sushi and drinks and they provided that and much more! We loved the clean, stylish space, friendly staff and awesome happy hour options. One of our new favorite spots for sure!
Nice atmosphere, and so clean!
Great customer service on the part of the manager tonight (March 5th) There was miscommunication between some of the staff and I and it was becoming a very frustrating moment. However I was very impressed on how the manager made things right. He was very helpful, very empathetic and very professional in handling the situation. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but wanted to give him a shout out as I never experienced customer service like that before. I will continue to go to this Kona because of the wonderful customer service. The food is always amazing!
