Our hamburger patty was room temperature on a warm bun, our waitress had disgusting amount of what I assume was dandruff falling off her head onto our food & the 1st employee yelled at my son he has to have a mask to walk to the table or he'll get no service. Yelling at a child over this seems a bit much, a simple statement would of gotten the point across. I completely understand he needs to wear a mask however we weren't seated 6 feet apart so let's go by all regulations not just one. Our waitress was rude when my daughter asked for a new lemonade, the lemonade she ordered was dragon fruit - however the lemonade brought to our table had no dragon fruit. I will NEVER attempt to eat at another Applebee's restaurant. Service was awful, food was cold, staff was rude ... The restaurant was slow so I expected better service & warm food. I was disappointed & will NOT recommend it to anyone.
Appleby does a good job with online ordering and curbside pickup. Pretty good menu, but not many vegan choices for some family members. We have ordered from them several times for casual dining when we don't feel like cooking.
This is a great Applebee's location. I love their Margaritas (so yummy)ud83dude0b They offer half price appetizers during Happy Hour.nWe had wonderful and helpful service, as wellud83dude07
Pasta was cold in some parts, barely warm in other. Manager was shaking and all over the place. Will not be going back.
Managed our group of 10 safely at 2 separated tables. Service was great.
