Service was great but got served burnt onion rings ate one and asked for new ones. My friend ordered them as an appetizer and they looked mouth watering so I complained! They gave me four very delicious ones but I had more than that left in my other basket. My wrap sandwich was pretty good though.

Unfortunately I'm changing my review from 4 stars to 1. I go to Buster's every Sunday with people from Waseca we love the food last Sunday Aug. 29th I go 3 ft from my table to the bar to grab pull tabs and the bartender started lecturing me about a mask while everyone at the bar was not wearing masks and I was not near anyone at the bar . Not going to be lectured about some BS buy some little college kid while the old man and his wife sitting next to us did nothing but cough the whole time they were eating not a word about that. Makes me sad we really enjoyed going to Buster's on Sunday as a group

Great atmosphere and food. However when asking via email about possible and upcoming events I have not gotten any response, for over a year. I asked more than once and got same response, nothing.

To start off: We got to busters this evening it was busy I definitely understand to expect some delay. We sat at the bar as a group and after a few mins they took our order. After half hour of waiting they brought 1 person their food from our group. Following that they brought someone something about ever 10 mins and not everyone at the same time. (By the time the next person got their food others were done.) I had been waiting about an hour at this point and had not gotten my order. Danielle our server first mentioned she did not know where my order was and then suggested I cancel my order and then brought half of my food. I ended up only getting half of what I ordered and was told very unprofessionally I should cancel. They were unapologetic and did not offer any alternative and it felt as though they just wanted me to leave. There were a few of us that did not even get our orders. We definitely will not go back and do not recommend others!
