As a gluten-free alcohol lover, I have tasted my fair share of ciders across the country. I previously lived in Washington state which has a big cider scene. This is hands down the best cider I have ever tried. If you like cloyingly sweet sugar water cider, stay away. Sowams makes complex, tannic, bottle aged ciders. I recently tried the “Major” which is unlike anything I have ever tasted.

Stopped here on a visit to RI. I don’t know much about ciders so it was great getting to learn about our drinks from Spencer who is passionate about cider. It wasn’t crowded, felt clean and tables were spaced out. Would definitely visit again and would recommend to those in the area or just passing through. It is also not far from the E Bay Bike Path.

This place is amazing. I recently went here with family and friends to celebrate a 21st birthday and we had a great time. Spencer is super friendly and passionate about the ciders. We were able to taste lots of different ciders and learn a lot about them. Truly a unique and beautiful place.

Extremely kind and accomodating owner. I’ve wanted to visit for months and i’m glad we did:) We had the flight tasting, it was great!!

I tried to buy some cider today. I walked in and waited for the other customer at the counter to finish talking to the clerk. Then I said I’d like to buy a jug of cider please. The clerk tried to ask me if I knew what type I wanted, but the other customer started taking again, and the clerk walked away from me and kept listening to the previous customer talk. After a minute or two of being ignored and walked away from I said, I’ll come back when you have time for me. The. The clerk tried to race over to the end of the counter I was at, but I was already headed out the door. I don’t really like leaving bad reviews, but I could not find a way to email management on their website.nnThey may have the greatest product on earth, but with service like that who can find out.
