I enjoy coming to this store because it has everything I need. I am a foster parent for a local rescue so I'm always in the store buying good quality food for the litters I take in plus my own pets. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend pet parents shop here.

Wonderful service! Several months ago we needed some low sodium food options for our elderly dog. It turns out dog food labels do not include sodium levels. Peter at Chuck and Don's went above and beyond and contacted his vendors for this information and then sent me a detailed email with the food options sorted by medium- and low-sodium options. I was so very thankful! It allowed us to try a couple of different foods before finding the perfect one for our dog. We've been big fans of this store ever since.

Super friendly staff and great customer service!nEvery time we walk in the door we are greeted and chat with staff. Thank you for your hassle free return policy. A few months ago I made a big purchase/stock up trip for our elderly dog who passed away a few days after. I was grieving my dog and stressed about returning items, and I recurved condolences and a easy return. SO much appreciated.nnI visited today with our new rescue pup Sadie to buy some birthday treats for our cat. I really appreciate how the staff asked for permission to pet Sadie & give her a treat, Sadie promptly rolled over for a belly rub :) They took time to ask questions about Sadie & Buddy the cat and look up my rewards info for the dog food rewards without missing a beat.nThe love for animals is evident in all the Chuck & Dons employees and they genuinely seem happy and treat us so well when we go in. Sadie left with a little chew stick and Buddy with a birthday gift from C&D.nWe’ll be back! Keep up the great work!
