Love this new local store in South Lyon! A top notch grooming service for our fluffy poodle who was in dire need of some ‘spa’ time. Awesome staff very friendly and a wonderful product selection of healthy food and snacks for our finicky eater. Thanks for taking care of our ‘puppy’ and providing advise on trying a few different food options to help with deciding about switching food / brands. He was a happy dog! Thanks!
We just moved to South Lyon and I stopped in to check out this small business. What a great place and awesome customer service. Huge variety of products and the owner was lovely. They also support our troops and offer a military discount on store items and on grooming. We will definitely be back!
Stopped in for the first time looking for a support supplement for our new puppy.nSean was very helpful, understood exactly what I was looking for, explained the differences between products and offered his recommendation. He also helped us choose a new food. He indicated all products are guaranteed, helped carry the food to my car (since I had a arm full of puppy), he noticed the veteran plate and said he would add that to our file for a 10% discount. Great small business with a knowledgeable owner!
The owner and grooming staff are knowledge, easy going and friendly. If you are looking for higher quality food, treats and animal care products this is the place. Prices are competitive with other local pet stores that offer higher quality, healthy animal food and treats. I had my dogs nails trimmed, filed and paw pads shaved. The process was fairly quick. I was able to wait at the store and didn't have to do a drop off. It was inexpensive for grooming services and they did a great job. I'll definitely go back and support a local business like this.
I recently move to the area from out of state, so I’ve had to establish new contacts for all my needs. Earthwise had been recommended by several people in the area for my little buddy’s needs. He is a senior dog, so, he has senior requirements. I’ve stopped in and talked with the store owner, Shawn Bakewell-ower, a few times already.nShawn is extremely knowledgeable and asks all the necessary questions before recommending ANY product. He offers multiple options for food and nutrition depending on your preference (dry, canned, freeze dried, nuggets, kibble). He does not try to steer you toward any particular product.nEarthwise is locally owned small business and actively supports many other local and family owned businesses. I appreciate that in a business.nThey offer more than just nutritional foods. They have a grooming salon( with a talented groomer(Mekena?) and quality grooming products, too.nI appreciate Shawn’s friendly, informative, low keyed approach to sales. It’s a pleasure to do business with him and his friendly staff.nI’m putting Shawn and Earthwise Pet at the top of my plus column. It’s an extreme pleasure doing business with you, Shawn.
