The team here at the South Lyon location are fantastic! They forgot one item I I had ordered for delivery. They sent it out the next day! And added a free super awesome treat/ toy gift for our Guiana pigs! Exceptional customer service! Love them! Thank you!!
Quick unloading. Small alley for semi trucks. Busy grocery store next door, coke, Pepsi, bread trucks in and out of alley.nMake it east for yourself if your in a sleeper truck and back in off 9 mile. 1 way in 1 way out. If you pull in you will blind back out to a main road.
Fix your grooming problems. THEY Canceled our appointment, told us to come in next day. We came in with our trained k9 and they saw him and Alex said sorru you're 5 minutes late. I told her he's a good dog and I've been waiting for you for 10 min. She said she wouldn't groom him. TWO DAYS IN A ROW CANCELED. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WENT ELSEWHERE.
David in Grooming did an excellent job on our Long haired Dachshund and wire haired Dachshund. We appreciated his welcoming attitude and great work!
