I didn't know what I wanted or needed, the owner pointed me in the right direction and couldn't be happier. I have been back twice for new insoles/footbeds and he always has what I need. Very knowledgeable!
You simply WILL NOT find another guy with as much boot experience as this gentleman in this store. I get a new pair of wings once a year, and I look forward to the 30 minute conversation with him every time! Dont miss out on this guy people!
I always hated buying new work boots until I went here. This is my favorite Red Wing store. Very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond my expectations.

Took my boots in October 2020 for a resole from the factory and they sent them out to someone local who did not know what they were doing. Felt like my sock was bunched up. Took them back to redo and they said they would send them to the factory to get repaired. 2 months later they said they could not be fixed. Steve said Nothing we can do to fix them , that's the way the cookie crumbles.
