Sincerely the worst clinic I've ever been to. I could say quite a few things, but I'll keep this as short as I can.nTwo separate times I had a telehealth therapy appointment scheduled, and never received the call, or a cancellation notice, which is kind of a big deal if you know anything about therapy. At least three different times I waited 2+ weeks for test results, once when I was prescribed medication and told not to take it until I heard back. I've received bills in the mail for services I shouldn't have been charged for.nAt one point I was dealing with all three of these issues at once, and wasn't able to reach anyone. After a week and a half of unanswered emails and phone calls, I finally went in person. The receptionist was very accommodating and addressed all the problems, but also admitted to having received my messages and that she was supposed to contact me about my therapist being out sick, with no reason that she hadn't.nOne of the nurse practitioners, who are misleadingly referred to as doctors, left me feeling violated after she crammed a speculum into me so hard I jumped and then later opened the door when she knew I was changing and I told her to wait.nThey've been very dismissive of health concerns I've had, and rushed appointments to the point where I was not comfortable asking questions about test results or anything else.nThe only positives I can mention are that they do offer a sliding scale for people without insurance, and can sometimes provide transportation. The therapist I was seeing through them was also great, although she's no longer with them.nAll in all, if you have no other options, they're better than not seeing anyone at all. Otherwise, find someone who actually values and cares about their patients.

I am extremely disappointed. I made an appointment to get my birth control refilled. I had a tele-health appointment today at 4:00 and didn’t hear from my NP. I called at 4:25 to ask if she was running behind or if I had the right appointment time. They said she is running behind she will call you back shortly. At 4:50 I called back. I asked what was going on and the woman On the phone said my NP will not be seeing me because she was running so behind. Since I needed a birth control refill, she couldn’t see me anyways because I need to see a birth control doctor...? I said I missed an hour of work for this appointment can I speak to SOMEONE who will just give me the refill. The woman replied with “it’s 5pm we have to reschedule”.nnI specifically gave the reason for my appointment in the first place and they did not even bother to say I needed a specific doctor to do so. They also failed to call me and let me know my appointment wouldn’t be happening. I missed an hour of work once again and it wasted my time. I love my NP but I’m very discouraged with the way the staff handles things.

Very clean, kind and efficient in a terrible experience for me when no other place would help me or was concerned. Just them.

Been calling for two days attempting to get my medical records sent over. No one is answering the phone...
