My husband bought me a pair of boots on the 23rd of dec. unfortunately I wasn’t able to open my gifts until last night. They don’t fit. I called them and they told me sorry no can do you only have 7 days. Seriously only 7 days? I do NOT recommend purchasing at all! They have no problem taking your money rip offs! Now I know why they never have business!

Great service. Not a good variety of shoe sizes.
Just bought shoes. Loved the price. Was not happy when an hour and half in to my boyfriend's Christmas party the heel became weak. I had to go bare footed the rest of the night at a formal Christmas party. I call the next day and the associate tells me that she doubts the manager will reimburse me.nUpdate: manager finally reimbursed me, but only store credit. Haven't picked out shoes yet.
