I was trying to grab a sweater on the table the lady who was folding didn’t let me touch it??Ohhh because she was folding them????? And she gave me the sweater without saying a word and her face was down like she was telling me to live her store. you can’t tell them not to touch the clothes she had an attitude she was super rude. Leave the customer grab their own size if they can reach it. And if they need help they can call you. I received the best customer service I have ever received at the Windsor in Lakeside Mall!!! There were issues with the computer system and my card was declining and these ladies went well above and beyond to ensure that my return was accurately processed and that I had my purchase for Mother's Day!!!! The closed and allowed me to stay in the store with no problems and worked hard at fixing my issue. Above and beyond is a understatement... I really would like to recognize the exceptional Customer Service I received. I appreciate it.
