This is by far the best pet food/supplies store/location I’vr been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. The staff are outstanding at customer service! I also made online orders; the time I ordered put me on a next day delivery. I received my order that same evening! They are more than happy to load your items into your car as well! If u buy bulk on Black Friday... again they will certainly be more than willing to help with all your needs!
Did an online order in the morning. My husband went up to get it, called the number and a young lady ran out right away with it. I was impressed with how nicely it was bagged with an envelope with our name on it and my receipt inside! Very nice! I will definitely order from them again! Good place to shop for your pets and the prices are very good as well. They occasionally send an email for 10% off as well. In addition, the staff are very helpful and pleasant as well.
I love coming here. Never overcrowded and people are polite. Prices are a bit higher than some but selection and customer service make it worthwhile
Every time I go in there they never have my cat litter Arm & Hammer unscented. Where do you make it order two pallets Everyone likes unscented cat litter because a lot of cats will not use a litter box because of the smell of perfume. Stop ordering all that stuff that has perfume that said it you're ready to do not mix well with perfume you would know this if you had a cat thank you have a good day I will take my business elsewhere
